Performers revealed for ’2011 Hallyu Dream Concert’

The official line-up for this year’s Hallyu Dream Concert at the Gyeongju Civic Stadium on October 3rd has just been announced!

A total of 19 idol groups and solo artists will be performing on that night. The full list includes: TVXQ, 2PM, SNSD, SHINee, miss A, GD&TOP, Se7en, SECRET, Kim Gun Mo, ZE:A, 4minute, B2ST, G.NA, T-ara, Davichi, SISTAR, IU, MBLAQ, and INFINITE.

The 2011 Hallyu Dream Concert is being co-organized by the Committee of “Visit Korea Year”, the city of Gyeongju, and the Korea Entertainment Producers’ Association. It’s also being supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization. A total of 20,000 spectators including 5,000 overseas visitors are expected to attend the annual event.

The Committee of “Visit Korea Year” are hosting the “2011 K-Pop Cover Dance Festival”, which aims to bring K-pop fans from all around the world to show off their dance moves from their favorite Korean tracks.

The second round for this event is underway. The first stop for the second round was held in Moscow, Russia on September 6th and for the Moscow stop, the boys of SHINee personally appeared to judge the dancers. MBC will air the contest through an eight-part special show titled, “K-Pop Cover Dance Festival Road Show 40120″

Contestants who make the cut in the second round will be invited to Gyeongsangbuk-do in Gyeongju for a chance to compete for the grand prize in the third and final round of the contest. Finalists will not only be able to watch Korea’s cultural performing arts, but they’ll also get to meet their favorite Hallyu stars and go sightseeing around Gyeongju. The grand winner of the contest will be given a special stage at a concert.

The Dark Changmin imprisons The Queen, and The Magician goes to attack him and make him set her free. She is able to free herself before this happens. The Hunter, the Witch, the Snake Charmer, the Wolfman, and the Huntress are going after anyone on the Light side and killing them. The Demons try to take down the Angels, and end up killing themselves along with their enemies. The Wolfman ends up being killed by his own servants.

omg this show ;_;
i laughed, i cried.
i skipped some parts so yeah.

okay so basically all of them don't have fixed partners.
at first, when they were on the plane, the girls had to take their seats first, followed by the guys.
but the guys got to choose who they wanted to sit with, and if the girl agrees they will sit next to each other in the whole journey from korea to thailand.
okay so seungri went first and he chose to sit with 4minute's hyunah
hmm then minho as usual minho hates choosing.. he doesn't want to embarrass girls that didn't get chosen but he ended up choosing kara's hara
jungmin from ss501 chose after school's uee but this troll onew wants uee to so uee had to dump jungmin and go with onew.
however life is fair karma went to him, jinwoon from 2AM wants uee too and uee dumped onew for him lol
so onew had to go with seungyeon.
and the others with their partners OTL

eunhyuk, donghae and krystal went to thailand separately ^^

sobs seungri was so adorable in the whole show.

More Kpop acts coming to Malaysia

IT had been an exhilarating first half of 2010 when a slew of top K-pop acts trooped in to Malaysia.

In March, the 13-member Super Junior held a concert in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur; June saw KL showcases by boybands U-KISS and BEAST; last month, Korean American singer Brian Joo (formerly of Fly To The Sky pop duo) conducted his debut fanmeet in the country in Bandar Sunway, Selangor; and just yesterday, the five-member Wonder Girls played alongside Katy Perry, Tokio Hotel and Bunkface at the high-voltage MTV World Stage Live In Malaysia 2010, also in Bandar Sunway.

If the following is any indication, the pace is not about to let up soon.

■ Geneses Dream Entertainment, which orchestrated the U-KISS event here, is putting out feelers on its Facebook page to gauge response to its upcoming K-pop shows by boybands ZE:A (tentatively on Sept 12) and SHINee.

■ Han Geng (former Super Junior member) might make his way to Malaysia for a fansign event to promote his Mandarin solo album.

■ Following a successful outing by boyband BEAST in June, Universal Music has hinted at a double-bill event combining BEAST and 4minute (five-girl act).

■ Warner Music has plans to bring in FT Island and Jay Park, the US-born former leader of boyband 2PM who has outlined his Asia tour, listing KL as one of the stops (on Sept 24).

■ Sony Music has been scouting for alternative concert venues for a 2PM (six-member boyband) show since Putra Indoor Stadium, Bukit Jalil, is not available till next year.

■ Last but not least, the local Korea Tourism Organisation office is looking towards a mega year-end bash featuring multiple Korean acts to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Republic of Korea-Asean Dialogue Partnership, and boost cultural exchange between South Korea and Malaysia.
