He filed the lawsuit on the 21st December 2009, and today is the 21st December 2010 :D
I woke up to this news and I'm so happy!
I don't even have mixed feelings lol.
However according to people that knows these stuffs.. SME will try to make an appeal and this case could lead to another long period of time.
