With regards to Super Junior’s former member Hangeng, who won his lawsuit against SM Entertainment recently, KEPA stated, “Because of Hangeng’s contract with SM Entertainment, Hangeng was able to grow as one of Asia’s top stars. Now that he reached his position at the top, he immediately went to file a lawsuit without making any attempts for reconciliation or compromise, and left for China, where he signed on with a new company and continued his activities there.”
